If you receive a product and it doesn't fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Products must be in their original packaging with all instruction/warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
To return a product please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 732-905-5400 or fill out an online Return Authorization Request. You must request an RMA within 10 days of recieving the product. All returns must be completed within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be recognized as a return and will be charged a 30% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges, once processed.
